We stand behind our formula. If you have used Cyperus Rotundus Oil consistently as directed and have not seen any reduction in regrowth speed or thickness within 30 days, contact us and we will make it right.

30 Day Results Guarantee

To be eligible for a refund under our results guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product was purchased directly from our website

  • You applied the oil once daily to the treated area for a minimum of 28 consecutive days without interruption

  • The product was applied immediately after hair removal, within the window specified in the instructions

  • You used the correct application method as outlined on the product insert and our how-to guide

  • You have not used any other hair reduction treatments, serums, or devices on the same area during the 30 day period, as these interfere with results and make it impossible to isolate the cause

  • You submitted weekly photo or video updates throughout the 30 day period, each showing the treated skin area and your application process, specifically the hair removal step followed immediately by product application. Updates must be submitted on or around Day 7, Day 14, Day 21, and Day 28. Claims without a complete set of weekly documentation will not be accepted

  • You can provide a final before and after photo of the treated area taken on Day 1 and Day 28 under the same lighting conditions

  • Your claim is submitted within 35 days of your original purchase date, claims submitted after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances

  • Only one guarantee claim per customer, per household, per address

We require this level of detail not to make things difficult, but because we genuinely want the product to work for you. These conditions exist to confirm the formula was given a real and fair chance. In our experience, customers who follow the protocol exactly are the ones who get results. The verification process is our way of ensuring you did everything right before we conclude the product was not the right fit.

Refund requests that do not meet every condition above will not be approved. Partial use, inconsistent application, or inability to provide complete weekly documentation and photographic evidence disqualifies the claim.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Items that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging outside of a valid guarantee claim

  • Personal care and beauty products for hygiene reasons

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item and would like a replacement, contact us via the contact form on the website and we will assess your case. We do not facilitate exchanges for change of mind reasons.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us via the contact form on the website.

The 30 day guarantee applies to customers who follow the protocol exactly as directed. We make no guarantee of specific results.
