Refund policy
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Please also note that the outcome and results of our products may vary from person to person. Individual results are not guaranteed and depend on a range of personal factors beyond our control.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item and would like a replacement, contact us at cypercustomerservice@gmail.com and we will assess your case. We do not facilitate exchanges for change-of-mind reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
